This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you book a call or fill out a form on our website, we collect:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number

• Your business name and any details you choose to share

• The date and time of your booking

If you become a client, we also collect what we need to provide our services and bill you. Depending on the work, this may include your business details, logo and images, website or marketing content, billing information, and any account access you choose to give us.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Schedule and confirm your call

• Contact you about the call (reminders, rescheduling, or following up afterward)

• Answer questions you've asked us

• If you become a client, provide the services you've hired us for and bill you

We do not use your information for anything else without asking you first.

We don't sell your information

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Information belonging to our clients' customers

If we build or manage a website, advertising, or automation for a client, we may handle information collected from that client's own customers, such as contact form submissions or enquiries. That information belongs to our client. We only use it to provide our services to them, and each client remains responsible for their own privacy policy.

Who else handles your information

We use trusted service providers to run our business. They only process your information to provide their service to us:

• Calendly: booking calls and sending email and text reminders

• Zoom: hosting video calls

• HighLevel (LeadConnector): storing contact details, communicating with you, and building and hosting websites and automations

• Microsoft Outlook: email communication

• Wix: hosting web pages

• Google Ads and Meta: running and measuring advertising, for our own business and for clients

• Stripe: processing payments for clients (we do not store your full card details)

We may add or change service providers as our business grows. Some of these providers store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. Information stored there may be subject to the laws of that country.

Cookies and tracking

Our website may use cookies and advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel or Google tags, to measure how our ads perform and how visitors use our site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete your information within 12 months of your last contact with us. If you become a client, we keep billing and business records for as long as required by Canadian tax law.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• See the personal information we have about you

• Correct anything that's wrong

• Delete your information (except records we're legally required to keep)

• Stop contacting you

Email us at the address below and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also reply "STOP" to any text message to stop receiving texts.

How we protect it

We use password-protected accounts and reputable service providers with security safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
